Security Industry Analysis
Mr. Takashi Nakagawa of Kotora Co., Ltd. will talk about the following information based on the latest version of the annual income data at the time of changing jobs.
Comment from Mr. Nakagawa |
---|
・When I talk to candidates every day as an agent, I feel that they do not want to do security from the beginning, but rather choose security as a result for some vivid reason, such as “I want to increase my annual income,” “I want to increase my market value,” “I want to build a solid career foundation,” or “I want to be a rare human resource.” |
The main reason why inexperienced people do not change jobs in the security field is that they are worried about changing careers and cannot make decisions to take risks. |
To the Speakers
・As stated in the schedule, you will be asked to introduce yourself for 2 minutes and talk about your motivation in 2 minutes. It would be better to have a PPT made for self-introduction.
In the last 2 minutes, I will prepare a slide of the item, so please put a 5-point self-evaluation in it. And in the process, we plan to talk about the characteristic contents.
